If there is anything you would like the BOD to discuss, please post it and I will put it on the agenda.

Thanks.

I believe it would be appropriate to at least discuss the ATA's relationship with the Arkansas Hunters Association.  Very candidly, we were misled by them for whatever their purpose may have been.  Thanks.

Calling for members to attend meetings and such. I have as well as others have been told, they are not trappers, they dont want to be part of the ata they dont care about the ata. STOP CALLING!!!!!! the only reason they had anything to do with the ata is to sell fur since they are predator hunters or houndsmen
Id like the board to discuss possibly having a one time sell fee at the fur sale.
You would of course send a mail out to these people(from the previous sale) regaurding the sale but no other contact to them would be made.
Our membership cost and this cost should be set to benefit both parties and not to gouge. But still allow the use of the fur sale without making a false sense of membership.

Agree with everything except sending them a mail out.  The mail out is part of being a member.  Membership has it's privileges.  I'm thinking $20 plus lot tags and the ATA will not collect any information from them and we will not contact them.  Fur sale info is always on social media as well as our website.

The ATA fur sale is for the ATA members.  Consider establishing a charge to sell fur at the sale for persons that are not members of the ATA, and allow the ATA membership sell as in the past.  If you gonna ride the train, but a ticket.

After talking to a few people,  my opinion has changed.  Everyone who sells will buy a membership to the ATA.  However, they will be asked if they want to be notified by the ATA.  If they choose to not be notified, they will not be notified for any reason.
